Few things have been as fundamental to the development of human history as the ability to find our bearings, set a course, and explore the world around us. Early navigation was a nighttime activity, a matter of steering by the stars – this put creative minds on the path to inventing the Compass. Two thousand years later the thinking has come full circle. Once again we are navigating by the stars, but this time they’re a constellation of our own making.
